Close to old town area. There are a variety of shops near the hotel, you can easily find what you need in your trip. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is in a great location, the beds are very comfortable and the staff are helpful and friendly. They even got a birthday cake for my son while we were there.

I had a very positive experience staying at this hotel. Its central location in the Old Quarter made it an excellent base for exploration. Although the hotel’s restaurant is located a few hundred meters away, the staff were exceptional—providing helpful assistance with transportation, including arranging scooter rides and complimentary taxi services for return trips to the hotel.

The bathrooms were so tiny. Advertised has a swimming pool, but not there. For buffet breakfast, we have to go for their partner hotel. We opted to eat outside itself. They arranged for one day ninh binh tour, that was good. For someone with kids, would not recommend to stay here.
