We had an amazing stay here. The staff were really lovely and upgraded our room for no extra charge. We also were able to exchange money which was really handy and efficient.

I absolutely loved staying at Hanoi Boutique House! It’s a beautiful family-run hotel, and the whole family and staff make you feel so welcome from the moment you arrive. Their service is truly exceptional they always go out of their way to help with anything you need. Everyone is so friendly, warm, and caring, it honestly feels like staying with family. The location is perfect and very central, with everything within about 15 minutes walk . The rooms are nice, clean, comfortable, and a very good standard for an Asian budget hotel. I also felt very safe staying in the area. I’m so happy with the amazing hospitality and service I received here. I would definitely recommend Hanoi Boutique House to anyone looking for a great budget hotel in Hanoi, and I will absolutely stay here again!
