개인적으로 만족스러운 호텔입니다.

The property offers excellent value for money, with clean and well - maintained rooms that enhance the overall experience. Breakfast options are delightful, and the amenities provided cater well to various needs. Wi-Fi is reliable, making it easy to stay connected. While the location is decent, one should start early to reach the city centre due to heavy traffic. Though transport options are available, they may require some planning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Kitchen staff is more than happy to serve you and makes you feel at home. Over all the the stay was good and value for money.

I really wanted to like this place, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. If you have other options in the area, do yourself a favor and don't book here. The Issues: • Maintenance & Service: The bathroom was clogged from the moment I arrived. I reported it to the reception immediately, but they took zero action. I ended up dealing with a backed-up drain for the duration of my stay. • Missing Amenities: I specifically paid for a room that included a fridge. When I checked in, the room had no fridge. It felt like a "bait and switch" since I paid extra for a feature I never received. • Communication Barrier: The receptionists are not fluent in English, making it incredibly difficult to resolve even the simplest issues. Between the language barrier and the lack of urgency, getting help was nearly impossible. • Location: The hotel is located quite far from all the major tourist spots. You'll end up spending a lot of extra time and money on transportation just to see the sights. Bottom line: Poor service, misleading room descriptions, and a remote location. Look elsewhere.

Overall good. However far from old quarters

The hotel is clean and well-maintained and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes around. But it is about 25mins ride from the Old Quarters. So it’ll cost you more if you will book grab all the time to go here. Good thing we rented a motorbike so transpo was cheaper. Also the staff in the breakfast area was so lazy. We came there 10 mins before 9am and he said there’s no more glass to use for the juice anymore when we asked for it. He insisted we just use the coffee cups. When he saw that we used a lot of coffee cups, he then gave us glasses to use for the juice. The breakfast ends at 9:30am and they’re not refilling the food trays anymore at 9am. And the food didnt taste good!
