At check-in, I had to change rooms because the first room had a strong odor and was unusable. Unfortunately, the replacement room was also not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was dirty. Room service was largely unresponsive; when I asked the reception desk for help, I was repeatedly told to go and find the room service staff myself, which is not acceptable. Food service was another issue. Every order arrived cold, regardless of timing. On top of this, each time I entered the property, I was asked to state my name and room number, while other guests were not subjected to the same checks. This inconsistency made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, the combination of hygiene issues, poor service, and lack of professionalism made this a disappointing stay, and I would not consider returning.
