We have very pleasing experience during our stay. Staffs at the reception and restaurant were extremely polite and efficient. One support staff Mr. Mulayam was very helpful during our check in and check out. Place is reasonably calm during the night.

Best Location & very good rooms

Not value for money. I booked a suite and found that the Wi-Fi was not working throughout the hotel. Although it is positioned as a business hotel, back-to-back weddings caused excessive crowding, noise, parking difficulties, and overall chaos. Even basic requests such as water or tea required multiple follow-ups, which is disappointing given the category of the room. The breakfast buffet for vegetarians was extremely limited-puri, bhaji, bread, coffee, tea, and one additional item-far below expectations and something one could easily do better at home. The staff appeared overly casual and not groomed to hospitality standards. Their manner of communication felt unprofessional, more like college students calling out to one another than trained hotel staff. Overall, the experience fell well short of expectations and certainly does not reflect ITC standards.
