Nice hotel, location is on a very steep hill.

Check In: Typical efficient - the receptionist gave me the upgrade room and led me to it. Facility: 2-levels structure in a hill setting Elevator: None Swimming pool: about 15 meter long pool with view of the sea. Has food and drink services Room: is huge - has a open closet, table and 2 chairs, a small refrigerator, and a 32 in TV. Balcony: is big and has view of the sea Access: Key tied to electrical activate blank Linens: clean Bed: Soft spring Bathroom: bigger than need be. Has hand shower and rain showerhead Water pressure is good. Electrical outlets: 2-prong - 240V Lighting: switch and plug outlet near headboard Wi-Fi: Secured and decent speed AC: Split unit type - working well Towels: No hand towel. Amenities: Shampoo, shower gel, tooth brush, paste, comb, Q-tips, hot water kettle, glasses, 2 bottle of water. Cleanliness: OK Location: Up on the steep alley accessible by scooter only. Located off the main street in the middle of Part 2 of Ham Tien Area. Need a scooter to get around. Many restaurants, bars, cafes, services, shops along the shore. Price point: OK Guest types: Westerners Others: Other affiliated hotels in the same complex under Mui Ne Hill.

It's an interesting experience. Hotel has a good location and nice view, I loved it, but staff disappointed me. I was waiting a reception guy who was talking on the phone for 10 minutes, when I tried to ask him about my bike, he said to me "WAIT" . Not a pleasant situation

As soon as we arrived we encountered: - Rude staff at check in - Broken lock in the room, you couldn’t lock the room from inside - Huge cockroach running around in the roam - Plastic mattress cover, which is like sleeping on plastic bags every time you move

무이네서 이틀 더 머물기위해 급하게 잡은숙소. 캐리어끌고 언덕을 올라가느라 고생했다 숙소에는 엘리베이터 없어서 캐리어 끌고 계단을 올라가야한다. 이틀동안 매미만한 바퀴벌레를 7마리나 잡았다. 침대는 돌로 되어 있고 그위에 매트리스만 얹어놓았다. 자다가 떨어지면 머리가 깨질것같다.물도 한병 주지않고. 수건도 큰타올 두장뿐이다. 달랏가는 버스 예약했는데 .30분만 기다리라고 한것이 3시간을 기다렸다. 누구하나 내려와서 설명해주지 않았으며 나중에는 전화를 끊어 버리는 행동까지했다. 무책임하고 .내 여행을 망쳐버렸으며.햇빛속에서 3시간을 서있어야했다. 아고다에서 예약한 숙소중 최악의 숙소였다.
