Bilik besar & sangat selesa. Hotel terletak di tgh2 city, Walking distance to halal restaurants, shopping area and public transport. Tapi staff sangat tidak friendly, agak susah utk communicate

Breakfast served for 2 mornings: bread & strawberry spread, 3 kinds of fruits, 3in1 instant coffee & tea.

Nice place and friendly staff. Right at the center of sapa. Highly recommend for your holiday at Sapa!

We booked this hotel as a last minute booking through Agoda, which offered us discount pricing & also low season so the value for money was good for 2 rooms. We arrived at the property at 8am to drop off luggage and explore until check-in time. The hotel host was very welcoming & friendly, offering to book local tours for us, offering a room upgrade in which we accepted & paid extra for the upgrade and in Vietnamese dong. I even tipped him for his friendly service. However I’m not sure if it was a misunderstanding or miscommunication but we showed that our booking confirmation stated 2 rooms, we also verbally confirmed 2 ROOMS in the morning NOT 2 beds. When we returned at 12 noon to check-in he then only gave us 1 room key & explained one bed each. We corrected him that the booking was 2 rooms, his attitude changed & he didn’t seem happy to give us our second room (which was booked & paid for). I didn’t like the experience that we booked & paid for 2 rooms, but when he tried to only give us 1 room, his demeanor changed. He also said that we were no longer able to have their included breakfast, because we asked for the second room?? I came back down stairs to reception for the WiFi password & he was telling me he had already provided it to me the morning, which he hadn’t, otherwise I wouldn’t of been asking for it, then he advised I can have breakfast from 7am. Just hot & cold customer service. I would not recommend based on my personal experience.

The picture on their site is different, the view was not the mountain but rather the street, no water in the morning, no hot water, no elevator. Very few food selection for breakfast. The owner keeps on getting mad when we complain. Maybe it his way of explaining due to language barrier, but kind enough to allow us to an early check in and pay extra. Kind enough to bring our bags down upon seeing us struggle.
