23.04.30 Good reception. Good location. But I saw black color like mold at wall in room, long hair on pillow before using and black dirty stain at the door of estroom, tap of sink is unstable so it should improve about cleanliness.
23.04.09 The Raon is located far enough from the main streets to be quiet but close enough to be convenient to the beach as well as the river. The room is good value for the price, it was very spacious and the AC was strong. Bonus for a really hot shower with good water pressure. The real star is Quang the front desk worker, he is extremely efficient and you can communicate with him in English or Vietnamese via messaging app. I was very pleased with how responsive he was, my first receiving such service it was appreciated. Great job Raon.

23.04.01 Big and clean rooms. Good location near shops and restaurants. Great coffee + snack shop attached.
The staff here is wonderful. I travel alot and they're the best staff I've experienced in a very long time. Helpful, knowledgeable, and always available.
