Overall good, the location in the city centre. Everything good except the reception area is so cluttered.

Excellent location. Short walking distance to Bui Vien walking street. Rooms huge and clean. The owner Ms. Lin is amazing. She is hospitable and polite. Will certainly return

8월22일~8월29일까지 총 7박을 선결제하고 입실했습니다. 방 컨디션은 사진과 다르게 최악이였습니다. 바닥은 이미 노후화되어있어 바닥이 찢어져 있었고 벽면이나 화장실은 곰팡이에 쩔어 있었습니다. 여행 중간에 나트랑으로 투어가 있어 1박을 비워야했어서 그랩을 부르고 나가는데, 로비에서 직원이 저에게 짐을 들고 나가면 체크아웃을 해야한다고 하길래 체크아웃이 아니라 투어를 가는 것이고 내일 돌아올 것이다라고 얘기했습니다. 결제도 29일까지 모두 되어있는 상태라고 했으나 택시의 문을 잡고 강제로 카드키를 가져갔으며 강제 퇴실 당했습니다. 아고다를 통해 호텔측에 의해 강제퇴실을 당했으니, 환불을 요청했느나 환불또한 호텔측의 미동의로 인하여 받을 수 없다는 답변을 받았습니다. 10년간 여행을 다니며 수많은 호텔들을 다녀봤지만 아무 이유없이 제 짐을 들고 나갔다고, 강제퇴실을 당한 건 처음이네요. 절대 이용하지마세요.

I booked 2 double rooms with bathtub and one extra bad. Before arrival, I connected the hotel via WhatsApp to reconfirm your booking and arriving time. Upon arrival around 5:30pm, the rooms not ready yet. After waiting about 30mins, only one room ( no bathtub)for 3pax was ready. Another 30mims later, the staff was asking us (another 2pax) to stay at another nearby instead while that hotel was not equivalent at all, but just for one night only. We were disappointed with service oriented.

The hotel is more compact than it appears in the property’s photos. While it may not suit families with young children, it’s an excellent choice for couples. The location is superb, just a short walk to Ben Thanh Market, Takashimaya, Taka Market, Circle K, 7-Eleven, countless coffee shops, tattoo studios, and a wide range of eateries. At night, the area turns lively with numerous bars just meters away (note: it can get noisy), and the airport is only a 25–30 minute drive.
