24.07.27Sad to say as the staff were wonderful & the location is great but this place is absolutely filthy!
Don’t look too closely at the floors, carpets, duvets, pillows or you wouldn’t sleep. Was only place available for our stay & wasn’t expensive but would gladly have paid double for a cleaner place. Really does need a full refurbishment.

24.07.26Excellent location. Decent size room. Shower was more like a drizzle and thought the breakfast was mediocre. Staff work hard but clear they are understaffed. We were able to check in early for free and could safely store our suitcases on our last day.

Got myself a cup of tea poured milk in it the milk was off tried several times to explain but they where pouring fresh in to the jug on to off the milk what was gone off so for that it put me wright off so the room and service before breakfast 10 out 10 but after breakfast going to be truthful 8 out 10

24.07.28The hotel itself was basic but mostly clean with comfy beds. The cups in our room were dirty. The staff were friendly with the limited encounters we had. The lift was efficient. The cleaning staff were propping fire doors open with fire extinguishers while cleaning so a bit of education is required here.
Outside the fire doors there were quite a few used hypodermic needles lying around on the floor. It shouldn't be too difficult to clean this up! On the way in to the car park when we arrived we were greeted with a drugged up man shouting at us and cars in general scaring my wife. This could be lovely hotel with some tweaks, some security to keep the druggies away from the area would be good.
