The lady from kenya is good at customer care i felt at home and the ever smiling security is top notch

It’s really compare to near by hotel high price without parking , internet very slow and no proper kichen for tea and all waste of money

We have tried in vain with Agoda and Sky Hotel to ask for a full refund or even a voucher for the paid amount but there has been no comeback via call or email. It was a non refundable payment. Although the reviews stated ‘good’ my husband and son checked out the premises whilst we were in Deira Dubai and found it most unfitting for a family of 4. Situated in a commercial hub it lacks warmth and hospitality. The Manager *** was supposed to call us back with a positive response but nothing up-to-date. We have spoken to him a few times the best way possible. We booked *** to continue our stay paying a little more. It’s very frustrating for tourists when the hotel and site are not helpful/willing to support. Agoda tells me to check with the hotel personally since they have no luck with communicating either. Take them off the site is my recommendation!

Easy to access the location via Gold souk bus station or Metro . The room was clean and neat. Thanks to the lady at the reception by the name HODAN , very friendly, helpful and kept a smiling 😀 . Her customer services was great 👍. The security staff in the reception was very kind . Overall worth my Dirhams
