23.09.18My experience at Springhill Suites was far from satisfactory, and I regret to say that I can only give it a 1-star rating.
Firstly, the staff left much to be desired. The front desk staff were unhelpful and lacked the courtesy one would expect from a hotel. Their lack of professionalism and attentiveness was a significant letdown.
The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The kitchen staff seemed disinterested in providing a pleasant dining experience. The quality of food was subpar, and the service was far from welcoming. It was not the enjoyable start to the day that one anticipates during a hotel stay.
Furthermore, I was shocked to discover an additional parking fee on weekends. This was an unexpected and unnecessary expense that significantly diminished the overall value for money. It would have been more transparent and fair to include this fee in the initial booking cost.
In summary, Springhill Suites fell short of my expectations in terms of staff professionalism, breakfast quality, and pricing transparency. It did not provide value for money, and I would hesitate to recommend it to others.
