The room was stinking with an unbearable foul smell. Severe water seepage and dampness were present on the walls. Wi-Fi was shown as available but was completely non-functional. There were no proper power sockets for charging mobile phones or laptops. Photographs of the room condition have already been shared with your team as evidence. The above clearly amounts to deficiency in service, misrepresentation, and unfair trade practice, AGODA IS ALSO PATHETIC, THEY DON'T COOPERATE

Only location was near to the hospital and that's why I stayed there for a night.
