Booked for 4 days; the first day itself had three bad incidents. 1. The AC was dripping heavily—it killed my one hour. 2. Power went off at 11.30PM. I called the technician. He opened the door with a scan key without my permission. 3. Shifted the room at 12 o'clock at night. I cancelled my remaining three days of stay. No refund from Agoda even after multiple requests. Very bad experinece from Agoda
