We enjoyed our stay very much

The cleaning staff entered in the evening the room though it has been cleaned earlier the same day. Then she found my 12 years old daughter naked on the bed, she did not apologize and she did not immediately leave the room, but told my daughter that she has done something wrong, instead. More over, when I complained at the manager about this incident, the manager did not apologize for this behaviour of their staff, but justified that there has been a mistake in the system of the hotel in the cleaning plan schedule.
