The stay was really comfortable but the bathrooms need to be maintained well. Had a pungent smell and had asked the housekeeping staff to spray some room spray. Was manageable later. The bathroom was the only drawback. Other than that, I'd rate my stay and staff politeness a 5 out of 5.

Well, I loved my stay except for below two points. 1. They just handed over the key and told the room number. I had to help myself. 2. It was mentioned "welcome drink" in my booking. But nothing such. Thumbs up to -The room was neat and clean. Love the restaurant and food. Behavior of the staff.

I BOOKED A MINI SUIT ROOM PAING MORE MONEY AS I WANTED TO Use the extra room for my online.meeting without disturbing my family. But AC was not working and throughout the stay this was not rectified. They know very well that the existence of this problem and we're aware this can't be rectified. Why was I short charged. I SHOULD GER REFUND FOR UNUSED ROOM. I should be charged only for a normal room and not a suit room
