Para poder estar en la playa tienes que pagar $700 pesos.
Para estacionar el auto tienes que pagar $220 pesos la noche; y no se hacen responsables de nada, pues el valet parking es otra empresa aparte del hotel.
El desayuno bufet es caro lo que ofrece.
El ruido de la calle es molesto y aún con ello, el staff te asigna habitaciones de los pisos de abajo.
Las habitaciones tienen una limpieza mínima.
No vengan a este hotel. Por lo que pagamos al final, nos salía más económico hospedarnos en un hotel de la zona diamante.

24.10.20When I placed my reservation I requested a king size bed. Upon checkin I was offered two full size beds. I had to wait for a room with king size bed to be cleaned. Once in the room had a problem with the toilet. Reported it and was taken care of will out to dinner.
Housekeeping kept the room clean and spotless. Making sure we had enough supplies need for a pleasant stay.
Breakfast buffet was delicious. Service provided by Alexandra our waitress was excellent. I never had an empty cup of coffee since I’m big coffee drinker. She made sure we had tortillas when we had certain dishes.
I really enjoyed my stay there.

24.06.10the a/c doesn't go under 24C. only ventilation in the bedroom. the bedroom has a strong smell of humidity. the door doesn't lock.
