I had a pathetic experience there. They have charged (Rs. 850) higher than the booking amount (Rs. 666) per day. I stayed there from 23th to 28th October, 2024. During the stay towel was not change and they didn't clean the room and trash. Reception personnel being name Ali was too rude and said Agoda showing wrong rate in the site. Kindly talk your client to avoid this type of issues.

Very very bad experience 1. Rooms are very old and paint are tearing off 2. Rooms are very small and there is no proper ventilation and lights 3. TV was not working, I stayed there 5 days. I remind him daily that please keep the TV facility available but he doesn’t listen to me. I have no option because payment was made in advance 4. AC was broken at, that gives 30 temp if we set at 18. Basically we can’t set AC. No AC remote 5. Electric switches are broken, chances of short circuit was too much 6. No water bottle provided 7 Towels and pillow were disgustingly bad and torn 8. One night there was raining and what I see in morning,,, room is filled with rain water 😭 9. My booking amount was 3000 approx for 4 nights and 5 days. But the hotel staff charged me 4000 rupees 10. No mirror was there in room . 11. Furniture was totally outdated and broken
