This is a good property on the banks of Dal lake and a good area at Boulevard road. A tourist friendly and a safe location and ideal stay at Srinagar. Army and local Police is always present in this area and safety is at the optimum. Staff is professional and treat guests as guests at their home. Rooms are neat and clean and well maintained. Food is served fresh and good taste and quality. Tourists visiting Srinagar can choose this property for a good and pleasant stay.

Room was dirty and smelly throughout our stay, did complain but nothing much happened. Had to stay one more night and they changed the room but was dirty. Food service at breakfast was a big fail. Food taste was ok.
