good location, viuew of snow clad mountains and friendly staff. The executive suite was high quality. The restaurant serves decent food and the staff help with planning your activities. I am highly appreciative of the place.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and 2 child , there are pros n cons of this hotel : Pros : 1. Best location 2. Perfect snow covered valley views from balcony rooms 3. Parking on site but bit tricky Cons : 1. Housekeeping not upto the mark 2. They give only 500 ml 2 bottles complimentary as compared to 1 ltr 2 bottles in other places 3. Buffet is very poor , just for name sake even for breakfast and dinner not much choices Middle not pro not con Staff lacks English understanding especially the interns working there. Otherwise reception guy is very good and humble. No rating for spa as I did not used it.

I opted for presidential suite from this property. However, the room and amenities were below average hotel. There was no proper response from the front desk. It was difficult to communicate to food service/ receptionist due to irregularities in the phone line which was setup in the room. The blankets were very thin and no room heaters were provided. We did remind several time by calling receptionist about the wifi and even in person communicated to receptionist to activate the wifi. However, there was no luck.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Hotel was going through a renovation so there was a lot of building work noise. Also the swimming pool was closed.
