I enjoyed my stay at Radisson Blu. I booked a superior room and it was spacious and comfortable. The pool is nice. The breakfast is delicious and diverse.

I had couple of issues in two nights First, i booked on the phone directly with them and agreed on a price but when i came to check in the price double what we agreed on! So on the phone the didn’t give me the info correctly Thank god there was a good offer on Agoda so i booked again online on spot and i checked in, otherwise i would’ve gone back to my home. When i walked in the room I noticed there is issue with electricity and lights, so they had to move me to another room which was smaller then I requested a room with same size of the first one. So i had to change the room twice and this whole process took 2 hours of my time! The last room was good but also had issue with HDMI port to connect my laptop with the tv, also the shower temperature switch was not working properly, but I didn’t report that cuz i didn’t want to change the room or waste more time solving that. When i checked out and went to get my car, it was already at the door and running! Before i even request for it.. because it was getting crowded and they were arranging the cars but that doesn’t mean to leave the car running. Over all the stay was good the rooms and furniture was clean, the pool was very nice and well organized, but these issues made it frustrating.

Good Hotel for relax, a bit over crowd and pool need little more cleaning, but overall club facility is good with huge guests.
