Superb location. Staff are amazing. Rooms are adequate and clean but do desperately need updating. Pool and garden area are beautiful

Good staff and atmosphere is fab.

We stayed 4 nights at Odyssee Park Hotel in January, and unfortunately our experience was very poor. ❌ No water for the first two nights of our stay. When the water finally came back, there was NO hot water at all. January in Agadir is very cold, and hot water is a basic necessity, especially for showering. ⚠️ Serious safety issue: My husband got an electric shock from a broken head lamp. The lamp had no proper button—just a hole with exposed live wiring. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable for a hotel. 😠 Staff attitude was very bad The reception staff and the security guard were arrogant, unhelpful, and dismissive when we raised these serious issues. No apology, no solution, no concern. 🍳 Breakfast was repetitive The breakfast was exactly the same every day during our 4-night stay, with no variety. 📞 No support from Agoda On the second day, I requested Agoda to transfer us to another hotel due to the lack of water and safety concerns. Unfortunately, nothing was done, and we were forced to stay. 🔴 Conclusion: No water, no hot water, unsafe electrical fixtures, rude staff, and no assistance from the hotel. This hotel does not meet basic hospitality or safety standards. I do not recommend Odyssee Park Hotel, especially during winter.
