This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. No fridge in the room and there is no hot water available between 8am and 4pm. The slippers offered need to be thrown out. Will definitely not be staying there again.

As the title says, I think it's okay for 1 night stay at the Alishan. The room is really small and old, I feel like the bed that my wife and I slept has been there for 20 years lol. However, the room is clean, it has a small bathtub. Breakfast is also included but nothing special. The staff will ask and set a reminder if you want to go see sunrise via the Alishan train in the early morning

Tallest hotel in Alishan. Basic and small rooms. Only stay here if you want to do the sunrise or early morning hikes before the crowds arrive

Got bed bugs after the one night stay. Very small and wet room. Poor Ventilation as non smoking room or floor, will still smell smoke inside the room.

2nd time stay at this hotel, this time the room look great for us. We reached hotel early ard 1.30pm, staff allowed us to check in.👍👍👍 Breakfast is local food, near to walk a short distance near to Alishan Station. Will come back again next year.
