We have booked double no view room we got upgrade to deluxe room , it was perfect . The last night we were moved to to the no view room it was small , so if you are planning to have comfortable stay book the deluxe room. The breakfast was exceptional with variety of food.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean, comfy, and cozy, a bit small, but totally fine for two people. Shoutout to the Akka Lush staff , they were all super friendly, always smiling, and really helpful. When I was leaving and waiting for my airport transfer, one of the staff even helped me with my luggage and waited until the driver arrived The location is perfect. just steps away from Taksim Square, with lots of restaurants, shops, and mini markets around. Overall, great stay and awesome service.

WORST hotel and worst staff we’ve met through our 2-week Turkish trip EVER. Called us in the morning at 9am and asked awkward and unnecessary questions. Then started constrution in front of our door making noise over 100db!! When check-out, the front desk staff said that we must wait until they finish check the room even though we make deposit of 100 dollars and we need to catch the flight, in a very RUDE way. And there’s a unpleasant smell in the bathroom because of poor ventilation

I stayed at Akka Lush for 4 nights with my family and my stay was great, Hotel rooms were clean, Hotel Staff was very kind and were all time available. Breakfast was great with delicious items and hotel was just 5minutes walk away from Taksim Square. I was confused about hotel as some customers did mentioned it’s noisy but my experience was totally opposite, the room windows were like they are sound proof when closed. looking forward to stay at this hotel again.

Likes: - Location - Cleanness - interest about experience prior stay - great follow-up regarding reservation issue with initial agency. Dislikes: - Rooms sometimes are connected directly through a locked door. horrible sound proof, and quite disturbing. - I didn't had the best wifi speed, but this is normal in hotels. - One of the staff reception was a bit annoying.
