22.07.10hello i’m a mom from Pakistan i have 3 kids and I would never ever recommend this hotel. I know that’s really vague but listen up. Firstly, I want to share something really important. Now when we plan a vacation we see different hotels on different apps. Now for Agoda I would never recommend anyone for this app as they never show the real pictures. And plus the hotels keep the “Agoda discounted” rooms on a different portion of the hotel. The “Bad and Old” Portion of the hotel. Now this hotel was supposedly supposed to be one of the best hotels and had such nice pictures but it was all false. Our room had ants and the bedsheets were really dirty. We came from our flight late night and let me tell you the area of the hotel was not family friendly at all. There were people drinking and rash talking, shouting and over all my kids were really scared. The Hotel itself had no security no staff at that time we had to wait for someone to check us in. Our room was on the 4th floor, half of the room’s lights weren’t even working and the bathroom had no space to even set a foot in. I would never recommend this to anyone.
