Kitchen is not always available. Bus is available to take you to haram free of charge. Not very close to Haram. Room is very good size and clean.

The room was spacious and clean. Although it was a 3-star hotel, it felt more like a 4-star establishment. The hotel’s design was beautiful, which is something I appreciate about boutique hotels—the charming decor. The food was good, but I missed having coffee at this hotel. They only offered a selection of teas in the room. Even when I tried to buy coffee at the small cafe downstairs, I was disappointed to find that, although there was a coffee machine, it didn’t serve coffee. Additionally, the shuttle bus service needs to be more frequent, especially considering the hotel is 5 km from Haram. I had difficulty adjusting my schedule due to the bus's inconsistent timetable, particularly during Eid. I was turned away several times when trying to board because of the changing schedule. I hope there will be better arrangements next time.
