Chose to stay at this hotel because it is pet friendly and near VetAmerikan where I needed to take my cat. The room was decent sized, the staff were pleasant and helpful. There's some noise that can easily be heard all throughout the day, which is my only complain but the rest was good. They even sent me fruits in my room as complimentary. Location is alright, next to fast food chains like Burger King and a short walk to a big Starbucks. (For visitors with pets, they charge 35 eu/stay and will ask for a 150 eu deposit that is returned during checkout if pet did not damage anything.)

While arriving at the hotel; the reception staff did a great welcoming. and upgraded my room from a standard double bed to a very spacious suite room. The hotel provided all the necessities for a traveler's need. It's situated in a great location nearby to a variety of restaurants and cafes. And the value for money is excellent. Special thanks to Mr Yigit who helped me in delivering luggage and explaining the details of the hotel system. Thanks again Divan Istanbul City Hotel and Definitely I will visit you again and again.

This property offers an unbeatable location, making it easy to explore the area on foot, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Breakfast was delightful, and transport options are conveniently close. While the facilities are decent, they could use a few more amenities, and the staff was generally helpful but occasionally seemed overwhelmed. The only downside was the view, which left something to be desired.

Really kind staff, great price if you rpefer staying at decent places. Divan quality proves itself. Normally rooms are really clean but this time there probably was a problem. Sheets, beds, towels are all clean, only problem is that we found some pistachio shell on the ground. Can happen to best of us
