26.02.23Stayed during he mid-autumn festival. Hotel organised moon cake making activities. More convenient if you have own transport as location not near to any shops or restaurants. We had meals in the hotel which was quite good too.
26.02.15 This is a hotel that meets four-star standards and is exceptionally clean. Although the building is quite old, with a history of 33 years, it is clearly very well maintained. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The food may not be top-tier, but it is still quite good overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have 2 nights stay here but I did not really enjoy. The hotel buffet area can be quite messy and the hotel staff did not really take the initiative to clean up.
25.12.20 Service was not good enough for a five-star hotel.
First of all, there was no one waiting in the lobby to help open the door or assist with luggage. We waited about 45 minutes to check in, which was far too long. Additionally, it often took several minutes for the front desk to answer phone calls. The onsen bath (風呂) was also quite small.
Other than these issues, everything else was good. We stayed in a family-style double-bed room, which was new, spacious, and very comfortable.
but ... it is soooo expensive.
