I have stayed many times in this hotel and I appreciate its friendly staff and great service . The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great with many things to choose. I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit İzmir .

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Check-In was quick and there was assistance with my luggage to my room. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. There was a full minibar. Washroom had toiletry amenities. I was provided with bathrobe along with the other towels. Fresh towels were brought in every day. Bathroom was spacious enough for me, there was hot water. Room had a "balcony" however you could not sit out there. Breakfast was complimentary, it does not vary each day. I was satisfied with the breakfast as I prefer eggs, bread and salad in the morning with my coffee. Location was really close to restaurants and corniche area. About 15 minutes walk from Kulture Park tram stop. Can walk 20 minutes to city centre area which has the highlights of Ismir. WiFi worked well. I didnt observe any gym or pool facilities. I would recommend this hotel for price, comfort and cleanliness.

Breakfast is great. Room is fantastic . I lost my second phone. After I left the hotel, I asked my phone, they replied my ask that they are keeping my phone and waiting me. Thank you for very much. But I'm traveling so I want to take phone through PTT and of course I want to pay you.

Good variety of food for breakfast, clean, very good location near the sea, park, agora. Minus - bubble bath tub not working
