Very nice place

Very pleasant stay at the Super 8 in Aberdeen, Maryland

Although I booked to stay at the Super 8 my travel Arrangements was behind by the time I got to the hotel they informed me that they canceled my reservation for a no-show because I wasn't there by 10:00 p.m. I had to scramble to find another place to stay I drove down from New Jersey and I was to stay in Maryland overnight after the homecoming game once they canceled my reservations at 10:30 p.m. I had to log on to Angola and find a new place to stay however they refuse to refund me I think going forward there should be a time slot of when you can check in they give you a time that you can't check in until after 3:00 but they don't give you a time to at what time it's good till 10:00 p.m. to me is still early I can see if it was after 12:00 p.m. I was running late to the football game which was an hour and 45 minutes away from the hotel and Washington DC so you can imagine getting to your hotel 10:30 at night and they tell you they canceled your reservations and now you have nowhere to stay and you scrambling to find another place and you have to come out of pocket again again my suggestion put a timeline on when you could check in and the latest you can check in so if you can't check into three the latest checking should be eight or nine so people know and don't lose their money and not stranded trying to find somewhere else to stay other than that I'm good

Refused to change my paid week reservation and TOOK MY EFFING MONEY!!!!! 🖕

Mangers is the worse I had two rooms double box the second one was by mistake because my mother had done it for me and he would not give me the extra rooms into the room rooms that I already have booked for six weeks they do not try to help you at all
