For the price you can’t ask for more situated perfect off the main strip close enough to get everywhere within 5 minutes

Good value for money however we had a lizard in our room and the bathroom was heavily outdated with the toilet not being sealed very well to the floor. The pool was full of bugs and our rooms door lock was poor and it made us feel slightly unsafe. However location was great and the staff were very kind and helpful and the room was cleaned everyday by staff.

The hotel looks beautiful. But I have issues with the behavior of the staff. I find them very unfriendly. Besides the room service is not available after 5 pm . During check out , there was no one to pick my heavy lagguge. It was very worst experience for me carrying the luggage from one end to another with that sloppy road. I hope they correct their service after my review. Thank you.

Overall experience with the hotel was average. The main issue was with the rooms provided to us. Initially, the room allotted was in very poor condition—A/C was not working properly and overall maintenance was disappointing. We were then shown two other rooms, but unfortunately, both of them were also in a very bad and unhygienic condition. After raising concerns multiple times, the staff finally provided us with a somewhat usable room, but even that was just manageable—not up to expectations. Considering the inconvenience, time wasted, and discomfort faced due to poor room quality and non-functional facilities, I would request the hotel to consider a refund for this booking. The overall experience could have been much better with proper room standards and service.
