Crystal De Luxe Comfort Collection

Enjoyed the stay here with my family. A mix of being able to go to the beach or be by the pool was great. Loved their “Lounge” area, felt like it was going back in time and that isn’t a bad thing. Had some great fun in the club hidden away beneath the hotel. Food was as expected from an All Inclusive. Their burgers by the beach were really good. Cocktails could do with a refresh I think though. Staff at reception were really helpful sorting me out a room even though I messed up the dates initially. They were very kind in that they had intent of putting me as close to my family who were already there. The bar staff were also really nice in the evenings.
