The proximity and views of QiXingTan are unbeatable. The staff have gone out of their way, I mean really out of their way, like a movie or something, to help my family have a great trip in Hualien and Taiwan. No other Hotel in Taiwan cares so much about their guests' travel experience. Thank you!

This hotel is near the beach. Many good restaurants, a convenient store, and even a museum in walking distance. We were very surprised when we checked in, the staff prepared a huge birthday cake for us. It was a very nice gesture that didn't go unnoticed. We appreciate and love this hotel. It's easily a top 10 on my list, because of the warm hospitality.

I had a very pleasant stay, the staff is so nice, rooms are very clean and the view is so beautiful. The breakfast was also so good, they give rental bicycles for guests for free. Parking was also always available. 10/10 loved this place

The staff and breakfast were the highlights. The location is also quite nice and with great views. Overall a great place to stay and unwind away from the hassle of the city.

Stayed 2 nights, close to the beach with parking, breakfast was okay. The view of the sea waves was priceless for me.
