Two night stay that ended up being good. Room was nice, clean, and spacious. Staff was amazing. Rates reasonable

This was the cheapest option for staying near airport and offered free shuttle service!

We stayed multiple nights(1 week),they have a sign stated at front desk if you wish to have housekeeping services inform them...well I did,NEVER had the room cleaned not once! Asked multiple times,they said they were but didn't, we were able to get sheets to change ourselves, asked to at least use the vacuum they say no..once I was checking out a lady at the desk said she was sorry housekeeping couldn't get to us,every time they tried someone was in the room which was a LIE! Majority of the time we were at work & kids were at school. Not saying housekeeping sucks but that policy is Trash. Overall it wasn't horrible just having kids in a cramped room with food etc,we needed that cleaning service that we never received

Staff was very nice and helpful, watch was the saving grace for our stay. Hot tub jets had issues with mildew in the grout (but it still worked for our sore muscles!), Lights in bathroom turned off in middle of shower, and old stinky hotel carpet. Most unfortunate part was when the door handle completely stopped working at 1130pm which made me wake my travel partner to let me in despite our 5am flight. Problems would all be solved by a much needed updating. Bed was comfortable and clean, but similar priced hotels in area looked nicer. I booked this hotel bc of the hot tub (needed it for achy joints), so I got my value. Just frustrating that we missed out on so much sleep bc of door malfunction.

So I didn’t have high expectations. But the ac unit was extremely loud and the staff wasn’t kind/friendly. Other than that, pretty much as expected for a budget hotel. I didn’t use the pool but looks like kids were loving it.
