I really like the place, but they didn’t give me the room that I ordered. I was supposed to have a Mountain View, and yet I was being put in the back where my view was a wall and when I asked them to change it they refuse to and so that’s the only thing And the downside is to clean your room once a week and if you want any other additional services you have to pay for it.

Once you confirm your booking then they only notify you with 1300baht cleaning fee. This is ridiculous amount in TH. Usual price is max up to 500baht. Also after check out they wanted to charge electricity bill 1384baht for 3 day stay. I didn’t even stay much time at apartment and aircon was switched off at the evening. Usual price per month is around 2000 baht. And at the end they refused to give back deposit 2000 baht. Finally after long argument I managed to get back 1500baht. I hv been around in Phuket for more than 12+ years and its still messed up to see how some low life crooks want to cheat/scam tourists who come here to enjoy holiday! Very bad service. VERY BAD REPUTATION TO THAILAND.

ห้องเป็นวิวสระน้ำ/ทะเล/ภูเขา มี2ห้องนอน 2ห้องน้ำ 2ชั้นมีด่านฟ้า อุปกรณ์ครัวครบทุกอย่าง เดินไปหาดได้ค่ะ มีค่าบริการเสริมที่จะต้องดูดีๆก่อนจอง 1.ทำความสะอาด1300(ราคาเข้าใจได้ เพราะอุปกรณ์ในห้องค่อนข้างเยอะ&เป็นห้องใหญ่มาก) 2.ค่าประกัน(อยู่1คืน เลยจ่ายแค่1000) รวมราคาออกมาแล้วก็ราคาเท่าๆกับที่อื่น แต่ความคุ้มค่าเกินกว่ามากๆเลยค่ะ พนักงานที่ดูแลทั้ง2คนเป็นกันเองน่ารัก

Really cheated by this hotel. No wonder the price is cheap. Asked us to pay 1500 Baht for cleaning fees without informing us earlier when we booked. Worse, they also charged us 240 Baht for electricity bill. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
