26.03.07I was was highly disappointed in my stay here as I was looking forward to this place from the glowing reviews. After staying here I wondered who wrote the reviews. The main positive things that were stated were about the staff. Me and my friend had the exact opposite experience.The staff was extremely rude to us. They wouldn't even recognize us or respond to us when we walked into our room, unless I said hi to them, they didn't even look up. The bed was so hard that my friend couldn't sleep on it with her back issues.She had to sleep on the couch, and when I asked the staff for a sheet to put on the couch she told me we don't do that. I have never been treated that way as a paying customer in my life, and I do not have high expectations, but a simple, hello, when I walk into a room, it's something I expect out of human decency. I felt like I was a bother to the staff by even being there. My trip to thailand was amazing.But this was one of the worst parts of it. When i'm on vacation and spending money, I expect to at least be retreated with respect. I felt unwelcomed at this place. Also our room was extremely dirty. The floors were dirty and the bathroom had mold everywhere. For the price I paid, I did not expect luxury as I stayed in a lot of cheaper hotels, but none of them were dirty, like this place. I could have overlooked this and cleaned up myself if it wasn't for the way the staff treated us.
