25.08.14Really amazed how easy it is to come here and settle. This is our second time here and we have made it our go-to place as we land in BKK. Place works perfect for its location and for facilities it provide. 100% reccomend for short and long term stays both.
25.08.01 This is a good location with basic facilities for travellers who aren't asking for much.
Pros: Shower items are provided. Good price. Fuss free. Good area near Ari where you can basically walk to most Sois without a problem.
Cons: At least during my stay, the staff were not TOO hospitable. (They weren't unfriendly but mostly weren't around or were shy and don't talk much), sometimes I have to figure things out.
Note: if you're ok with cats, not a problem. If not, there is one cat that can get aggressive (or playful). It came to find me on both nights 10pm meowing and i had to bring him to the staff. We made friends on the last day so it's all good.

25.03.28 We had a really good time at this Homestay. The rooms were clean and comfy. The only thing was that the whole house is super hot and has no Aircondition, so we could only enjoy our stay in our room.
25.03.23 We enjoyed our stay here. Just a 10 minute walk to the SkyTrain. The Family Room rental was nice. Furnishings were all nice. There's a Mexican restaurant and salad / general Thai and western restaurant each a short walk away. The cats didn't bother us :)
