레타나 호텔

The hotel is decent and has a number of interesting quirks; a building adjacent to the main one has a number of recreational opportunities (pool tables, video games, badminton, pickle ball courts and table tennis, and even a slightly lower than standard basketball goal on the roof. But there is no swimming pool, and we found the breakfast room (not included) substandard with little more than toast and coffee on offer. There is decent food in the restaurant and karaoke bar, with a live music performance in the main restaurant, and there are a lot of interesting patio spaces around the hotel. But despite being billed as near Suvarnabhumi Airport, it's not really that close, and all in all, my wife and I doubt we would stay at the Letana again when visiting Bangkok. Better to stay either more centrally located (and near BTS, MRT or Airport Link train stations, or at a hotel that actually is quite close to Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang, the city's two airports.

I called to receptionist in the morning to ask about breakfast as I traveling with child is 2 years plus. I asked whether can order outside food for my child and eat together at the hotel restaurant that provided basic breakfast for adults only (breads and beverages). One who picked up my phone (internal phone in the hotel room) said yes. So we bought food from outside for my child and eat together there then 5 minutes later the one receptionist come to our table in front of my child and said we are not allowed to eat there because of outside food. I told them I was called to asked. The person who comes keeps saying that I need to paid penalty to hotel because bought outside food inside the breakfast section of hotel and asking who I was speaking to, what is they name. I said i never asked name (who i will name of receptionist regarding of common question or issue). She/he tried to kick my family out of the area and ask my 2 year olds to quickly eat if not need to paid money. Really bad experience on this issue and hostility of this receptionist. Manager apologised later for the miss communication but still bad experience for us.

ตั้งใจมาตามรีวิว ดูแต่เรื่องที่มีกิจกรรมแถม ตามโซเชียลลืมดูเรื่องห้องพัก สถานที่สวยงามดีค่ะ แต่พนักงานเชคอินไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตรหน้าตาไม่ค่อยจะรับแขก ห้องพักคือติดถนน เสียงดังทั้งคืน ห้องน้ำไม่มีที่กั้น ความสะอาดในห้องพักคือ แน่เลย แก้วที่วางไว้คือฝุ่นเกาะน่าจะไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด เทียบกับราคานี้ที่จ่าย ได้โรงแรมอื่น สภาพดีกว่านี้ค่ะ พนักงานดูงงๆ ถามอะไรก็ไม่แน่ใจ วงดนตรีตรงร้านเล่นดีตามรีวิวค่ะ แต่ราคา ไม่ค่อยเหมาะสม กับของทีได้ ก็คือคงไปครั้งเดียว ไม่น่าไปซ้ำค่ะ
