미나미마키/야쯔가다케 그레이스 호텔

今の日本では貴重な存在だと言えるのは、顧客にインバウンドの外国人がいなかった事。でもそれは何らかの理由があるはず。また一番の売りは日本一の満天の星空を敷地内のグラウンドで観れる事であるはずが、実際はそうでもなさそうなところ。好天を目指し一月前以前から予約、2週間前には天気予報をみつつここなら必ず晴天だと思える日程に変えて臨も予報は晴天ながら結局雲がかかり見えず。夜8時に見えなくても、12時や1時、2時に見えることがあるのでという話で待機するも朝まで全く見えるような条件にはならず。翌朝のチェックアウトではそういった結果についてなんらかの声掛けがあって良さそうなもののここは星空を観るためのホテルではなかったかのように星空について触れることはなく。その意味するところはなんでしょうか。決してオープンにはしないであろう、星空が見える確率がやはりかなり低いという事だと理解します。ここまで慎重に日程を選んでも見れない星空のホテルをインバウンドのように日程を選べない顧客にアピール、誘致はできないんだろうなと思います。設備の古いホテルですがスタッフの対応は良く星空が見えない確率を除けばacceptable なホテルです。なのでその目的だけでここに泊まるのは避けるべきかと。

You can join the star sight-seeing tour (30 mins) every night for free. But you probably won't see much stars on cloudy/raining/non peak season. Served good breakfast, on in-house onsen, provide free shuttle to/from Nobeyama Stn. The only disadvantages are they don't serve dinner to guests on days I stayed there, lacks of activity to do in Nobeyama and quite far from nearest Konbini (30 mins walk). Bring your own food for dinner. Hotel is quite aging but the staffs are excellent. They don't really speak much English.

Enjoyed my peaceful and quiet stay here. It'd have been better if it didn't rain so we could have seen the starry night sky. Hotel has all the amenities you need. Breakfast and dinner were great, and the place is clean and tidy. You can also easily access the hiking trails from here. They also have a shuttle bus to the train station that takes you right on time to catch the train. All in all I had a good stay here.
