The place was perfect for a quiet retreat. The natural environment kept the ambience in harmony. The staff were amazing, always ready to assist our varied needs with a smile, they went an extra mile! A closer up keep of area will do them good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The place met our purpose.

Best for both vacation & staycation. One of the best location if you want a place where you can view city lights in the evening, and sunset in the afternoon. The Puerto Princesa Giant Christmas Tree is also visible at night. I wonder how the fireworks looked like in the area during the light-a-tree celebration last December 1st, it must be a good experience if we booked that date, maybe next time. There are also lots of fun activities you can do like kayaking, swimming, and Fishing (I caught a half a kilo barracuda, best moment👌

Nice ambiance and worth the price.

The staffs are polite and attentive. They solve the guest requests immediately. They smile infront of their guests. Easy to approach. Rooms needs improvement.

We got married here the hotel gave us a free upgrade. And a slice of fancy cake . The staff are all very polite and helpful to all our needs .the pool, the atmosphere , style
