Our stay in the guest room was okay. The room was clean and quiet. It was unfortunate that the mattress was very very hard, the shower was lukewarm to cold for both of us in the morning: :( however the most disappointing thing was the package of milk in the fridge, that had expired some 18 days earlier, yoghurt in our coffee was not a good morning. We didn’t get a chance to catch up with reception before we left to let them know. It’s a good place that’s starting to be extremely dated and tired. Our room needed a new shower and a freshen up.

This motel is a gem - perfectly located, safe, and private. The rooms are spotless and come with plenty of amenities. Rob, the host, is incredibly welcoming and hospitable. I highly recommend staying here.

We opted for a room with a view. Was a bit disappointed that the room was on the ground floor. The view of the lake would hv been more spectacular if we were on higher floor. There were sufficient blankets and heaters to keep us warm. The kitchen utensils were very clean and well maintained. Loved the Fish Box Fish and Chips recommended by the hotel owner, Ross. Long queue at meal times. The TV connection seemed intermittent. Could not check with owner
