The staff here are Filipina and they are really kind. We were able to leave our luggage for five days as we still had trip to Macau. About the room, do not expect anything from this building. What matters is that you have a bed to sleep on after a long tiring day.

I’d like to think I’ve stayed at my fair share of questionable accommodations but my god was this one able to top the list… I was like the bad reviews must be exaggerated.. my god how wrong I was. Upon arrival the reception area was locked and you have to contact them by phone. So if you don’t have a phone.. tough luck. Check in literally took forever around 20 minutes doing god knows what 😭 The room assigned to me by the receptionist was not part of Canadian. Once I entered the room I noticed it was very moist(?) The wall and floor was wet and the bed feels a little damp to the touch. The lady pointed at the stain on my bed and said that’s nothing don’t mind it… like ok… The bathroom came with zero amenities. No shampoo or body wash. The lid to the toilet tank was also off which I soon realized it’s because water doesn’t flow into the tank :) I literally had to manually fill up the tank with the shower head after every toilet use so I can flush it… You also have to lock the room from the inside before leaving otherwise you won’t be able to lock it with the key… I left for another hotel the day after for the sake of my sanity :) Also you’d think that when it’s check out time there’d at least be someone at the desk but no… I was told to just leave my key on the desk. Did i also mention the room is tiny. If you tolerate all that then go you! If not then please avoid at all cost.. I guess the location isn’t bad but if you really want to stay at Chung King Mansion I recommend finding a hostel in Block A. This one was located in Block E and it was literally at the very back corner of the complex.

Horrible experience with them, i booked and paid for 2 family room, 2 double bed each room, but 1 of the room they gave have 1 double bed and single bed only. During check in he said to transfer us to the room we booked the next day. Unfortunately he changed his word. Saying he has to fix the room that got vacant but the next day we saw other guest check in in that room. We stayed for 5 nights only our last day he shifted us to the room we paid. We originally booked to this hostel but they transferred us to different hostel. Bed sheets was dirty and stained. They never clean the room during our stay. Bathroom was too small and dirty. Stay away from this hostel. They are cheaters. I was always in contact with sonu aka Jacky. He told me not to call again and again for the room. Even though i already paid them.

새벽 공항가기전 싼비용에 이용할 곳 찾았는데 차라리 돈 더 주고 다른곳 이용하던가 공항노숙이 나을뻔 했어요. ㅠ 청결, 이불상태 다 안좋았어요. 머리카락도 많고 ㅠ 청킹맨션은 아닌거 같아요
