26.05.29 Two years ago, when we stayed there, our experience was good. But compared to our recent stay with my family last May 24, it was honestly terrible.
During check-in, we waited in line for almost 1 hour just to get checked in. While checking in, I specifically requested not to be placed on a higher floor because I was with my two kids, but unfortunately, that request was not accommodated.
When we finally got inside the room, there were several issues — the toilet flush was not working, there was no heater, and the TV had no signal.
I also requested an additional blanket for my kids since they were already going to sleep. However, because there was no phone in the room, my husband had to personally go down to the lobby. We were told we could contact them through WeChat or Viber, but nobody was responding. I requested the blanket around 8 PM, but it only arrived at 10 PM after my husband followed up again downstairs.
The next morning during breakfast was even more disappointing. We had to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes before we could get inside the dining area. The time that should have been spent enjoying the pool with my kids was wasted just waiting in line.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing and definitely not worth it.
