코타 비치 리조트

Stayed at the Kota Beach Resort in Santa Fe for 5 nights. The beach is beautiful and the tidal pools are safe and excellent for small children. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The qeen size room that I occupied was acceptable but very outdated. The shower installation was crude and barely functional. The a/c unit could not keep up. There were some odd rules that seemed customer unfriendly such as, "No more than 2 beach towels per room," despite having 3 adults registered in the room. Sadly there is no swimming pool.

Kota Beach Resort is a great place to start your holidays in Bantayan, though the room we have may not have a phone to call the staffs whenever there is an issue, that is okay as the reception area is just a few metres away from the room. There were just a few issues with the shower and the toilet as the toilet can easily be clogged but the staffs resolved it quickly and the problem didn’t resurface again. Transport isn’t an issue as well as you can hire drivers to give you a land tour just outside the resort and they are the friendliest bunch. The free breakfast was great as well as everyday, there is a different option to choose from. Overall, Kota Beach Resort is worth every penny and the easy access to the beach makes it even better!

Value for money. Great staff. Clean room and surroundings. Delicious food!

Bit expensive compared to standard hotel but very good location

Moving forward, I hope they would respond to the customer’s email. I didnt know they are offering van services if coming from roro. I did not receive any resonse from my message
