26.02.14This hotel is definitely dirty including rooms plus NO laundry, ice machine and the pull is covered with dirt, the staff are rude especially Mike at the front desk, lines and towels dirty as well, roaches, nothing is the same as the website, don't waste your money.

26.01.22First room they gave us the beds werent made and the room hadnt been cleaned. Second room was on the third floor and we passed a nasty toliet outside on our way to the room. That should have been my sign but i continued to the room. The keypad was hanging off the door, it looked like blood on the wall, the toliet was nasty, and the room was disgusting. There was no way i was staying there with my 11 year old and 21 year old even if it was for a few hours. We got a refund and found another place to stay. We got to the next place and realized my son forgot his phone charger. Came back here and told the front desk and they gave us a key to get his phone charger. My son goes to the room and there is a family in the room! My son apologized and they were nice and gave him his phone charger. I would never stay here again even if my life depended on it. I wish i could give them negative stars

26.01.11For the most part just for the Liverpool environment everybody seem to mind their business wasn't really no screaming except some guy that was out of his mind probably higher but for the most part it was a pleasurable stay

26.05.30I think I got lucky with a decent bathroom in room 312. Bed sheets were not horrible but not good at all. Room looks horrible.
Great for drug addicts! But tv actually worked good and had a lot of channels. Half the neighbors are bad and the other half not so bad. It stank really bad of smoke and had to leave window open and door open for several hours to get smell out.

26.04.08I was not happy with my experience with the the room was dirty had roaches the room had smoke smell and it was suppose to a non smoking room I was very disappointed and after I told the guy at the hotel, he said he couldn’t do nothing about it and I had my grandkids with me and they have asthma so I didn’t have no choice but to sleep in my rental car with my grandkids that was so unprofessional for a hotel staff I asked him can he change my room he didn’t want to change my room inside if I don’t like it, I can leave after he took my payment. so yes, next time I will not be booking. for any of my trips I plan on going with my grandkids soon.
The bathroom was disgusting. The tub looked like they never cleaned it. It was so black that I couldn’t even base or use the bathroom that’s how unprofessional it was and disgusting and they’re looking like something where a homeless person was sleeping.
