26.05.13The overall experience was very good and definitely worth the price. The environment was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, honestly close to perfect. The staff were also very warm, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
However, the bathroom facilities felt a bit outdated, especially the shower. The hot water supply was not always sufficient, which was a slight inconvenience.
Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its great value and pleasant atmosphere.

26.04.15 I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. I had clearly placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, yet the staff still called me at 9:00 AM, even though my massage appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM.
This was extremely frustrating and inconsiderate. I suffer from insomnia and usually only fall asleep in the early morning, so being woken up unnecessarily completely disrupted my rest. There was absolutely no urgent reason to contact me so early.
Respecting guests’ privacy and rest is a basic standard for any hotel, and unfortunately this was not met. I hope the management takes this seriously and properly trains their staff to be more professional and respectful in the future.
26.03.19 This hotel offers exceptional value for money. The staff are incredibly friendly—on our first day at check-in, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks and each given a flower to wear. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. My friend and I also used the laundry service, and by the next day our clothes were returned freshly washed and even ironed, which was truly impressive. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, leaving us fully satisfied. There were occasional sightings of ants in the room, but I understand this is inevitable in Bali, as the property is surrounded by lush greenery. Without a doubt, I would choose this hotel again on my next visit to Ubud!
26.03.13 There are stains on the bed sheet in the room, the chair cushion is very dirty, and the water in the bathroom is rather cold. The location and service is good.
