I had a wonderful stay at Sette Angeli Guest House. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the location was very convenient for exploring Florence. What truly made the experience special was the hospitality — the team was warm, helpful, and understanding throughout my stay. I also want to express my appreciation for their assistance with my booking issue. Due to an unexpected flight change, I could only arrive a day later than planned. Although Agoda’s system could not amend the dates, and the customer service team of shivani was worst service as they mentioned they did neogotiate with the stay but actually nope. They just lie on it and just let you wait for the so called"10 mins negotiate time" and end up just repeat the same things with no helpful solution. I reached out to the hotel personally and they would helped me resolve the situation smoothly and kindly. Their service genuinely made me feel cared for as a guest. Big thanks to the Maria! Thank you, Sette Angeli Guest House, for making my trip enjoyable and stress-free. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Florence.
