26.02.18We booked the star hotel and when we arrived the reception man was very friendly, however it was obvious they had double booked out room. It was over Tet holiday so most hotels were busy but obviously this was a hotel mistake.
He walked us down the road to another hotel without explaining and then checked us in there - not the hotel I booked and not the same standard.
I’m sure if we had stayed at the star hotel it would’ve been lovely, facilities looked nice and as I said, staff were friendly.
The new hotel we got put in did not do laundry so we took it back to the star hotel and he did this for us.

26.01.18 All went wrong! The name of this hotel which is a very recent name is not in the directories and even not put outside the hotel. The hotel had also no rooms available and manouvered me to another hotel! Agoda compensated me, but I was not happy with this situation!
