So filthy, luckily i had a towel with me so i could lay on it instead of the pillows which were horrific. Stained, no protectors, really lumpy. The duvet was lumpy which is a new one on me. Sheets had holes in them. Bathroom was ok. Also the electricals were really dodgy, broken cables with wires showing etc. They emailed me before i even arrived to ask me to 'be one of the good ones' and 'spread some positivity' asking to write a positive review- hopefully management will be one of the good ones and do a deep clean, change the bedding and get an electrician in to do a safety inspection

I arrived at 9 pm because ferry was late I did inform and was told I can pick key from envelop at reception When i arrived there was no staff Took key No idea where room 15 was Ask around and most were backpackers guest and had no idea Walked all around in dark and after 15 min one nice guest felt sorry for me a 70 year old Told me check upstairs and hold and behold found room I told at booking I want a ground floor So had to carry my luggage up a flight od stairs not easy for a 70 year-old then I find 2 single beds Yet I booked as a couple and asked for a single double.bed 2 small towls no hand towels no toiletries room smelt of smoke Then at 10.30. A Chinese man came knocking at me door Asking if I found my room Really where was he last 90 min when I complained of bed and smell He said I must complain on review and he canr do anything In the am breakfast was bread and coffee and had ro make yourself I just left and went to a resturant All. Enquires of a map how to.get to accommodate from ferry was just ignored So when.they.say people complain on colour of.pillow.and beg for a good review you fellow Travellers can decide why ? I am.a seasoned Travellers and been to 129 countries this was my worst experience lucky it was just one night Dont ever recommends should not be on agoda Dr misra and dr munbodh
