25.11.17I stayed here for two nights and found the price point reasonable at about *** per night. Online check-in was very convenient, especially since I arrived around 11:00 pm and could head straight to my room. The lobby pantry was handy, with coffee, water, and a few vending machines available. There was also a rack of brochures, which made it easy to look up nearby attractions.
The room had a microwave, but without plates or basic utensils, it wasn’t very useful. I asked if I could borrow a plate to reheat my food and was told the hotel didn’t have any, which was surprising. One of the lightbulbs in my room wasn’t working, and although I reported it, I was told a replacement had been ordered. The room felt dim because of that.
As a solo female traveller arriving late at night, I didn’t feel entirely comfortable walking through the building. It would help if the hotel improved general security presence or lighting in common areas so guests feel safer moving around after dark.
Overall, the stay was okay for the price, but with a few adjustments, it could feel much more comfortable for guests.
